Intake
The process starts with an inspiring intake including a brainstorming session and analysis of environmental factors such as geographical location, sightlines and soil types. This is how we discover your favorite style(s) and desired functions.
Design
From the intake interview, BURO Buiten makes a first draft. Together we walk through this sketch and you provide feedback. Then we get to work on a final design, complete with cost estimate.
Realization
Together with our partners, if desired, we start immediately with the realization of your dream garden. The construction is personally overseen and directed by landscaper Peter Bouw, so that the process goes on time and according to design.

How does BURO Buiten Buiten work from initial consultation to completion?
The process begins with an intake meeting in which we discuss your wishes and the situation in the garden. This is followed by the sketch design, refinement and final plan. After approval, we put together the team that will carry out the construction. Finally, the delivery takes place where everything is checked and your garden is ready for use.
What does this structured working method give me in everyday use?
The structured working method ensures that all parts of your garden - such asbeplanting, paths, seating areas and lighting - flow logically into one another. This makes you feel more comfortable in the garden, use the space faster and get more enjoyment out of every square meter.
How are costs and planning included in this working method?
From the beginning we discuss the budget and set the planning. BURO Buiten uses three budget ranges: projects up to ~€5,000, between ~€5,000 and ~€10,000, and from ~€10,000. We work according to these guidelines so that you have clarity in advance. You will receive a customized quote detailing costs, schedule and work.
Who are my contacts during the project?
Throughout the entire process, you will have one primary point of contact. This can be the garden architect or project manager of BURO Buiten. This person coordinates all work, communicates with the professionals and ensures that the plan is executed according to design, so you do not have to communicate with multiple parties.
