COUNTRY GARDEN
The garden of this beautiful residential farmhouse was designed in cooperation with the residents. There are many outbuildings in the garden, so we first thought about the individual function of the outbuildings. We created an interplay between the buildings without the buildings losing their individual character. The garden has remained a whole because of the rural atmosphere that is reflected in everything.
STRUGGLE WASH
The residents wanted a nice cozy place where they could receive guests. Therefore, a meeting square was created where a large and diverse group could experience the outdoors together. The hedge structure frames the plaza to bring it all together and create a spacious yet intimate atmosphere.
Through the paving, the outbuildings are connected to each other and to the house. Lines of sight have been created from all buildings. Natural planting was chosen to create a cozy and inspiring environment for both people and nature.
BOLSTRUICES
The garden uses a combination of old and new materials. This combination creates a modern zeitgeist within the rural atmospheres. Inside and outside are thereby connected. The matching flower pots are richly filled with seasonal plants.
BURO Buiten chose materials that provide connection to nature. This is reflected on the side terrace located on the kitchen side of the home. Here a lovely separate place has been created where the spatial rural feeling is emphasized.
